heyyy! so i joined this blog to keep me motivated at working out. im not overweight, but ive never really been in shape. and i signed up for a mini triathlon in october so i need to really get on it. i was working out twice a day, but unfortunately i went on vacation and you know how that is. my main problem is sticking to a routine. if i skip a day it turns into a week or two weeks before i can get back on track. so any encouraging comments or tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks :]
